1. The service

Tenon provides access to third-party AI models through a single API. Model outputs are generated by those providers and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all usage under your keys.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and with the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or put the service at risk.

4. Payment

The service is prepaid. Usage is deducted from your balance at the published rates, which may change with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less any amount already used.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. Upstream providers may change or withdraw models at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
